Andrew Fedorov


NDIS Registered Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner,
BCBA, CBA, MEd, MDisStud.

Andrew has been working in the field since 2013 as a disability support worker and accommodation team leader at the SIL houses. In 2020, he started his career as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with one of the service providers and he also worked in the early intervention as a Behaviour Therapist and Program Supervisor. Andrew completed Master’s of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis (Monash University), Master’s in Disability Studies (The University of Newcastle), and Bachelor’s in Social Pedagogy and Psychology in Europe. Andrew is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) and NDIS registered Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner. He is also supervising new practitioners working towards the higher levels of NDIS registration.  Andrew works with the NDIS participants from the different age groups, including children and adults with sever problem behaviours and various disabilities such as autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, intellectual disabilities and dual diagnosis. 

Amanda McIntyre


NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner,
M.Ed (ABA), BA-Psych (Hons).

Amanda McIntyre is a registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner with the background in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Psychology. In 2021, she started in the field as a Behaviour Therapist with one of the early intervention service providers and progressed to a Program Supervisor.  Amanda primarily works with children and young people with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, developmental delays and various behaviours of concern. She is involved in the development and implementation of evidence-based positive behaviour support interventions, personal independence skills development, functional communication and carer training. Amanda completed her Masters of Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis (Monash University) and Bachelors of Psychological Sciences (Honours) (Swinburne University). She is currently working towards her Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) credentials.
